Coolers & heat exchangers

Keeping the hydraulic system at a regulated temperature ensures correct ride characteristics and increases reliability and longevity of major hydraulic components.

Each cooling system is designed to suit the exact heat output of the specific lift installation. Air blast oil coolers come complete with an individual circulating pump, thermostat, cooler control unit, tailor made hoses, clamps and all electrical items. Our cooler sizes range from 4kW to 40kW and can all be mounted remote from the lift motor room, allowing easy and efficient heat dissipation.

If a chilled water supply is available within the building, a heat exchange unit can be installed. This allows the heat transfer between the oil and water, giving extremely efficient cooling without the problem of dissipating the hot air generated by an air blast cooler.
