Service is at the core of GF Lift Hydraulics’ offering. We offer a complete range of services from modernisation and upgrades to minor repairs, site inspections and emergency call-outs – all co-ordinated by our friendly and efficient customer service teams.

Our Customer Services teams are here to make life easier for you. They are your 'one stop shop' offering a complete service for getting your work done.

They will arrange for free sight surveys if the technical specifications aren't known. They will then prepare a quote based on the individual technical information.
They will contact your client as your customer services to set an agreeable date for the work to take place.
Once the works have taken place, they will contact you to let you know. Then they will complete a report which will be faxed, emailed or posted to you, whichever method you prefer.

The report covers the work that has been carried out and any recommendations our engineers have made regarding further works that may need to be done.
If we have been carrying out testing, certificates will also be issued by the Customer Services team.
