Site inspections

We carry out all testing to meet the HSE’s Guidelines on the thorough examination and testing of lifts, complete with full site surveys and notification to you of any further works required.

We are a quality assured ISO 9001:2000 company and we complete all documentation for you to pass onto your customer, and can use your headed paper if required. All instrumentation used is calibrated and we supply a full test load in order to carry out the examination.

Borehole camera inspections

Following the introduction of cylinder inspections and the requirement to visually inspect the outer case of the cylinder, we offer the facility to carry out full inspections of borehole cylinders using a camera, which can often remove the requirement for removal of the cylinder from the borehole.

Our camera is a high resolution micro video camera with internal lighting system. At only 50mm wide, it can be sent down the side of the cylinder to gain a complete picture, video taped in colour, to give you a permanent record of the condition of the cylinder case.

Upon completion of the camera inspection, a detailed report and copy of the video will be issued to support our findings.
